 In 1989 the president of Eclipse Music approached me with an interesting idea. She proposed that a joint project be undertaken by Eclipse Music and Fossil Records to produce a second CD under my name. When everyone agreed to the idea I started composing music which might be included. Again I brought Ed in as my co-writer and started planning the conception of the CD with him. This time we intended to include compositions by Ed, Bruce and another old friend of mine, George Souza. The CD ended up having nine tunes, six co-written by Ed and me and one each from the other three composers. Our rehearsal and recording schedule was similar to that undertaken on Captured except that this time the band was more complex. We used four guitarists, three percussionists, more trombone and a second saxophonist. I am very fond of this CD. Steve Fowler | |||
